Each of my Foot Reflexology treatments lasts 45 minutes, for your first appointment we will have an initial consultation of around 15 minutes before we proceed with a 45 minute treatment. Facial Reflexology is 60 minutes and Zone Face Lift ( The Bergman Method) is 90 minutes. Facial Reflexology and Foot Reflexology can be combined in one treatment for complete balance too. Please ask when booking if you wish to combine both.

The consultation is an important first step so that I can adapt the treatment to your own specific needs to ensure you are maximising the benefits of your session. To do this I will need to cover your medical history, lifestyle and what you hope to get out of reflexology with myself.

What should I wear?
Avoid any tight fitting clothing, the idea is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. So feel free to wear anything loose fitting, so long as you are able to roll any trousers up to knee level.
