Online bookings and full payments can be made in person on the day. We do accept Stripe payments in advance, if you prefer, an invoice can be emailed across, if this is your preferred choice.

If you send an enquiry I will only hold and use your contact details to respond. If you proceed to book a reflexology treatment I will then require consent to hold your details and information. If you do not proceed, I will erase all your information and contact details.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life.
In my commitment to provide an outstanding treatment experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for therapists' time, I have adopted the following cancellation policy.
Please be aware that appointments cancelled within a 24 hour notice period or if you do not arrive up for your appointment - this will incur the full charge of the treatment.
Late cancellations and 'no-shows' disrupt the conscientious and prompt service I aspire to provide to all, I am very busy and there will always have been someone who could have been fitted in to missed appointment slots, which is why, as a courtesy to other clients, these charges exist.
If you are taken ill or there is an emergency, I am reasonable, please let me know in the first available instance (i.e; first thing in the morning) and I will waive the fees.
